Our onsite Health and Safety is managed by Hazardco and our Health and Safety supervisor carries out regular audits to manage any issues and ensure all fit-out staff carry Site Safe passports
Environmental & sustainability management
We’re committed to reducing the impact on the environment through sustainable building practices. Some initiatives to promote this include:
- Reducing the amount of site waste through accurate measuring of materials delivery.
- Suppliers are encouraged to remove packaging from large products before delivery.
- Care and protection of new materials to reduce the waste from mishandling, incorrect storage, contamination and lack of protection.
- Leftover materials marked and stored properly for later use.
- Sorting demolition materials for recycling, reuse or resale wherever possible.
